Reunion Weekend

All alumni, regardless of class year, and their families, are welcome to return to campus. Class years ending in 4 and 9 will have special recognition. We are also proud to celebrate 30 years of AMRE (Applied Mathematics Research Experience) at 果酱视频!

May 24, 2024

Register online at /alumni/events-programs/reunion-weekend/.

The Best Value Package Price is the ideal registration option for guests who want to attend all/most meals and events at the Reunion. If guests are only able to attend a few or some of the events, the A La Carte Registration makes the most sense.

For other questions, please call 330.263.2533.

The best value package is $110 through April 30, and then it increases to $135 on May 1. A la carte pricing varies depending on your selections. The fees for the weekend cover direct costs of food and beverages. The College is eager to welcome back alumni and happily underwrites most expenses.

On-campus lodging costs are separate from these fees. One room for the weekend is $115. You may register for housing using either registration form.

For many years, 果酱视频’s Reunion Weekend included at least three class-specific events throughout the weekend, which is no longer logistically possible or financially sustainable. We invite you to spend time with classmates at meals in Lowry Center and in your class lounges.

We have been moving towards more 鈥渁ll-alumni鈥 events at Reunion Weekend to be a more inclusive celebration for all. All the reunion classes have been offered Saturday afternoon as 鈥榯heir time鈥 to plan class-specific activities.

Our guests are encouraged to dress casually for the weekend. Of course, wearing black & gold attire or MacLeod tartan is always acceptable.

Yes! 果酱视频鈥檚 new President Anne E. McCall will address the alumni on Saturday morning during the Celebration of 果酱视频鈥檚 first event, the Conversation with the President. Dr. McCall is also hosting a few special events and will be an active participant in the overall weekend.

We welcome alumni to use the facilities of The Scot Center. Hours of operation are somewhat limited in the summer and will be listed in the updated schedule we distribute at Reunion Weekend check-in. The pool is usually closed for the summer.

Unfortunately, no. We are given access to a limited number of rooms and linen packs, and we must stick to the May 24 deadline.

No! We will not assign you a roommate for the weekend unless two friends request to stay together.

Most halls have two large restroom facilities per floor. Rooms with private bathrooms are not available. Many of the restrooms at 果酱视频 are gender-neutral, though some are still tagged as 鈥渕en鈥 or 鈥渨omen鈥. We encourage folks to use the facilities that align with their own identities.

Please remember that residence hall rooms are sparsely furnished. Rooms are furnished with two twin beds (unbunked); one fitted sheet, one flat sheet, one blanket, one pillow and pillowcase per bed; three towels and three washcloths per person; desks, dressers and trash cans. Linens are supplied once, at the start of the weekend, but not replaced throughout.

Many items that are standard in hotel rooms are NOT provided in the residence halls, such as: irons, ironing boards, hangers, alarm clocks, hairdryers, coffee makers, televisions, mini-refrigerators, shampoo & other toiletries, fans, air conditioning, telephones, mattress pads, tissues, and night lights.

Check-out is 11 a.m. on Sunday for all guests. Swipe access cards and nametag badges should be returned to the Gault Alumni Center before guests leave campus.

When planning event menus, we offer a great variety so that all guests will have plenty to eat. Vegetarian/vegan options are available at all events. If you have a serious food allergy, we ask that you specify this on your reservation form. We will do our best to accommodate your needs.

Beer and wine are commonly served at reunion weekend events in the evenings. Non-alcoholic beverages are always available at events.

Young Scots are welcome to attend with their families, and there will be some indoor recreational activities on Saturday afternoon that may be appealing to children seven and older. Childcare is not provided.

Car rentals are offered at both airport locations, as well as taxis and the rideshare options Uber and Lyft. 听The College will not offer a shuttle service.

Alumni and guests are welcome to park in any legal parking space on campus, whether they are shown for visitors, staff, or students. 果酱视频鈥檚 Office of Safety & Security will ticket vehicles that are parked illegally (e.g., in a handicapped spot without a pass, in a fire lane, etc.). Please also note that city ordinances are in effect for street parking.

Golf carts, driven by trained College of 果酱视频 students and staff, will be available throughout the weekend to help guests in getting around campus.

Alumni should come to our Reunion Weekend HQ at the Gault Alumni Center. There, they will receive your nametag(s), tickets, an updated schedule, and swipe card keys for on-campus lodging.

Check-in hours are:

Thursday Noon 鈥 6 p.m.

Friday 7 a.m. 鈥 6 p.m.

Saturday 7 a.m. 鈥 5 p.m.

Sunday 7 a.m. – Noon

After HQ is closed each night, room keys are available at the Office of Safety and Security, located in the Culbertson/Slater House complex on Wayne Avenue, across from Kittredge Dining Hall and Wagner Hall.
