果酱视频

Victoria Peacock is a choral conductor, singer, and educator. She is the Director of the 果酱视频 Singers. In addition, she teaches voice, piano, and composition, and sings with the Trinity Cathedral Choirs and the Cleveland Orchestra Chorus.聽

As a choral conductor, Ms. Peacock began her studies at 果酱视频 under Dr. Lisa Wong and made her conducting debut directing the 果酱视频 Singers as a student. She was awarded a grant by the Henry J. Copeland Fund to attend the Choral Institute at Oxford, where she studied choral conducting under Drs. James Jordan and James Whitbourn. She continued her conducting studies with Drs. George Case and Nathan Reiff at the Boston Conservatory at Berklee. In 2019, she was invited to teach at the Conservatory鈥檚 Vocal/Choral Intensive where she coached young vocalists, taught ear-training, and led choral rehearsals. She has a particular interest in conducting works by living composers and composers from underrepresented groups.

Ms. Peacock has performed with a variety of ensembles as both a soloist and professional section leader. Past ensembles include the Boston Cecilia, the Choir of the Church of the Advent, and the 果酱视频 Chorus. She has studied with Dr. Marilyn Bulli, Dr. Carrie deLapp-Culver, Marlissa Hudson, and, currently, Johanna Nordhorn.

Having studied composition at 果酱视频 with Dr. Jack Gallagher, Ms. Peacock鈥檚 piece 鈥淎 Golden Day鈥 was the winner of the 2015 果酱视频 Chorus Composition Competition. She especially enjoys writing incidental music, and has had additional lessons with Jake Runestad, Dr. Frank Felice, and John Thomas.

Ms. Peacock holds a Bachelor of Music degree in Composition from 果酱视频, and a Master of Music degree in Choral Conducting from the Boston Conservatory at Berklee.
