Lori started at the College August 2005 and has consistently taken on more responsibilities each year. She greets visitors, answers the phone/email, and schedules appointments from the front desk of the Wellness Center. Lori manages 鈥渁ll things wellness,鈥 including supporting budget management, facilitating billing, and serves as the lead on the electronic medical records system and was responsible for its successful implementation. She answers questions about how health insurance works and can offer a walk-through of the process.
